See how other PPC teams work

The account setup many teams swear by

In our recent survey, many of you asked for real-life examples of how to use the platform. Here's one way PPC teams use account tags and filters to balance clear responsibilities with visibility.

First, a quick recap: Under Settings > Team, Adalysis gives teams flexibility when configuring access. Set permissions for individual accounts or MCCs, and choose view-only or edit access. You can even control whose name appears in the Google Ads change history.

How to set it up

1

Give the team shared account access

Many teams share access to all accounts, rather than restricting it to assigned accounts only.

This makes it easier to handle holiday cover and help each other out, without constantly updating permissions.

2

Create an account tag for each team member

Tag accounts based on the person responsible for managing them. This keeps ownership clear within Adalysis.

3

Create a saved filter for each tag

With saved filters, everyone can pull up their own accounts in a click or two. That makes prioritization easier without losing the benefits of shared access.

It's also handy for QA, account reviews, and one-to-ones.

4

Decide who should receive notifications

Choose from daily, weekly, or monthly email summaries for each user. (Under Settings > Notifications.) Keep things simple with critical alerts only, or connect your Slack channel — the choice is yours.
