# Q2 2026

## June 24

### Refreshed user interface

We’ve updated the user interface to make it easier to use and navigate.

The new design includes lighter colours and cleaner layouts. This helps important information stand out, so you can find what you need more quickly.

Your familiar tools and workflows haven't changed.

### New Matched locations features

In Google Ads, it's not easy to break down **Matched location** data by campaign, or to compare how individual campaigns are performing in a specific location. Managing targeting or exclusions in bulk also isn't supported.&#x20;

Adalysis provides a solution for the above challenges. We've now split the **Matched location** data (under **Segments** > **Location**) into two screens:

**1) Match locations (heatmap)** shows a heatmap visualization of the aggregated data for various location types and dates.

<figure><img src="/files/uomUjhJiV3pOwOzoLTew" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**2) Match locations (grid)** shows the same data in a grid and allows you to filter by location names, performance metrics, etc. Use the Campaign breakdown column to compare how individual campaigns are performing in that area, and target or exclude at the campaign level.

### New performance filters for RSA assets

You can now create filters and custom alerts for asset-level performance criteria in the **RSA manager** (under **Manage** > **Ads).**

#### Filters

Select **Create filter** and choose criteria from **Performance** or **Conversions**, or use the **Search** box.

You can combine multiple criteria, and the date range (e.g. last 30 days) will match your current view.

<figure><img src="/files/zlIU2VfZPykkQrgkh4wt" alt="" width="347"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When you **save** your filter, you can:

* **Enable alerts:** This creates a custom alert that runs automatically and alerts you to matching results.
* Apply the filter to **other accounts** at the same time.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/5YjE8TKUsxLjmZ1NvUwm" alt="" width="341"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Custom alerts

Alternatively, you can create custom alerts under **Audit** > **Audit settings** > **Custom**. Choose RSA assets and define your criteria. This option also lets you update your global settings, so that the alert is added to any new accounts linked to Adalysis.

### Multiple enhancements to the budget auto-manage tool

With the budget auto-manage tool, you can automate your budget pacing by adjusting daily budgets based on spend.

We’ve added new controls to give you more flexibility over how adjustments are made:

1. **Frequency:** Choose which days of the week budget adjustments can occur
2. **Adjustment amount:** Set a maximum percentage change for adjustments

We’ve also improved support for:

* New campaigns with no history
* Campaign types where Lost IS (budget) doesn't accurately reflect their potential

The user interface was updated to support these new features:

#### At the account level

Auto manage can be accessed in the *Monthly target* section.

Click **Edit** to define your settings. Once enabled, a confirmation message will appear.

{% hint style="info" %}
You can also review your budget **change log** directly within the tool.
{% endhint %}

#### At the budget group level

Auto manage is available for Allocation budget groups and can be accessed from the *Auto manage* column.

### Change history available in the Performance Analyzer

The [Performance Analyzer](/tools/performance/root-cause-analysis-with-the-performance-analyzer.md) helps you understand performance trends and identify their root causes. Now, you can also see your Google Ads change history alongside the data.

Your change history appears above the flowchart and inside the blue drill-down icons. Choose from a range of time periods up to 30 days, which is the maximum supported by Google Ads.

## May 2

### Custom alerts can be saved to global settings

Adalysis now supports [custom alerts](/tools/audit/how-to-create-custom-alerts.md) as [global settings](/tools/audit/global-settings.md). That means you can apply them automatically to any new accounts you link to Adalysis in the future, which was already possible for prebuilt alerts.

Go to **Audit** > **Audit settings** > **Custom** and tick the **Apply these settings**... box before saving your new alert:

## Apr 29

### PMax channel reporting is now live in Adalysis

You can analyze Performance Max results by channel at the **campaign, asset group, and asset** level inside Adalysis.

Go to **Manage** > **PMax** > **Channels** to get started.

<figure><img src="/files/mXqGnPOjgwr6HXhKJE5J" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Click **View charts** to see channel summaries across five key performance metrics.

## Apr 25

### N-grams now available for PMax search terms

Adalysis now supports PMax n-grams at the account and campaign level. You can find them under **Manage** > **Search terms** > **PMax**.

<figure><img src="/files/iG6DUMqvETmTtizUCiLE" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

There are currently no prebuilt alerts for PMax n-grams, but you can create custom alerts:

<figure><img src="/files/LT8cePbxgysKDj3PgpuR" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/8rRXJWnaJMu5zTJPsn4y" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
When you save a filter on the **Search terms** screen, it'll be added automatically to your list of custom alerts.
{% endhint %}

### **PMax search term overlap summaries**

As well as flagging search term overlap between campaign types, Adalysis now creates one-click summaries. This lets you see which PMax search terms already exist as Search keywords, and which PMax search terms overlap with Search and Shopping.

This data allows you to identify potential exact match keywords and control which campaign should serve your ad for that search term.

Click **View** to access your summaries under **Manage** > **Search terms** > **PMax**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.adalysis.com/product/product-updates/q2-2026.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
