Q3/4 2026

Product updates in July – December 2026

Oct 13

Conversion sets and GA4 metrics and events can now be used in filters

You can now filter by your conversion action sets, and by GA4 metrics and key events. For example, you could show only the campaigns where a “Leads” conversion set had no conversions last month, or the landing pages with a high GA4 bounce rate. To use them, open the filter on any grid that shows these columns.

Track your Google Ads campaign experiments

The new Manage > Campaigns > Experiments screen shows all your Google Ads campaign experiments in one place, with Google's own results and a clear next step for each one.

  • See each trial's goal, the change Google measured, its margin of error, and whether the result is significant

  • Filter to experiments Needing a decision, such as a trial that ended, met its goal and hasn't been applied yet

  • Get a plain-language Next step: apply it, convert it to a campaign, wait for more data, or no need to apply it

  • Compare control and trial Day by day in a chart, with a running total

  • See What's different between the base and trial campaigns: settings, ad groups, keywords, ads, negatives, locations, schedule, devices, languages and audiences

This screen is available for Google Ads accounts. Full details can be found in the Campaign experiments guide.

Audit report allows date ranges

The audit report is no longer fixed to one period. You can now run it over multiple date ranges, so you can look at recent changes or at longer-term trends.

Full parity for the Microsoft Ads platform

Adalysis now offers the same features for Microsoft Advertising accounts as for Google Ads accounts. Screens, audit alerts and tools that used to be Google Ads only are now available for your Microsoft Advertising accounts too.

The Adalysis MCP server can now make changes

Your AI assistant can now act on what it finds, not just report it. Through the Adalysis MCP connector you can ask your assistant to:

  • Add keywords, and change their status, max CPC, final URL or match type

  • Create responsive search ads, or edit their headlines, descriptions, pins and URLs

  • Enable, pause or remove ads

  • Add, replace or remove Performance Max headlines, long headlines and descriptions

For example: "Pause every keyword that spent over $200 last month with no conversions" or "Create a new RSA in the Brand ad group using our five best-performing headlines."

You stay in control. Every change is shown as a preview first: what will change, the current and new values, and recent performance. Nothing reaches Google Ads until you approve that exact preview, either in your assistant's approval dialog or on a Review changes page in Adalysis. Saying "yes" in the chat isn't enough. Previews expire after 10 minutes, can be applied only once, and are refused if anything in the account changed in between.

The same permissions apply as in Adalysis: the connector sees the accounts you can see, and users with read-only access can't make changes.

Full details are in the MCP server doc.

Conversion action sets in the Performance Analyzer

Your conversion action sets now appear in the Performance Analyzer. When you click Compare, a new Conversion action sets band below the flowchart shows how each set changed between your two time periods.

Click any figure to see it broken down by campaign. If the account has no conversion sets yet, the band links you to Manage > Conversions, where you can create them. This works for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts.

Full details can be found in the Performance Analyzer guide.

A Performance Analyzer for Google Analytics (GA4) data

If your Google Ads account is connected to a GA4 property, the Performance Analyzer can now show what changed after the click, not just in your ads. Go to Performance > Analyzer and click Analyze GA4 data next to the Compare button.

The flowchart follows the visitor from Traffic (sessions, new users) to Engagement (engagement rate, bounce rate, session duration) to Conversion (key events, transactions, revenue, GA4 ROAS). Next to it, Drivers to review checks common causes and setup problems, such as tracking coverage, auto-tagging and data thresholding. Explain with AI is available here too.

Full details can be found in the Google Analytics data guide.

Fix disapproved assets (extensions) within Adalysis

You no longer need to go to Google Ads to fix a disapproved asset. Click the Ad extensions that are disapproved alert to see each asset with Google's disapproval reason and the evidence behind it. Then click the pencil icon to edit the asset.

Custom date ranges in most grids

You're no longer limited to the predefined date ranges. Open the date range dropdown, select Custom range…, pick your start and end dates, and click Apply.

Custom ranges are supported on almost all the screens within Adalysis.

Templates for custom alerts

Setting up custom alerts is now quicker with a library of ready-made templates. They cover campaigns, ad groups, ads, RSA assets, keywords, search terms, n-grams, landing pages, PMax, placements, product groups and segments.

Go to Audit > Audit settings > Custom, click Create new alert for, and then click the template link. Click Copy & edit next to a template to fill in its name, conditions, date range and frequency. You can change any of them before you save.

Google Analytics (GA4) integration

You can now connect a GA4 property to your Google Ads account within Adalysis and see GA4 engagement, revenue and key event data next to your Google Ads metrics. The data appears on the Campaigns and the new All final URLs screen (see below).

To connect, go to Settings > Integrations > Google Analytics. Full details can be found in the Google Analytics (GA4) guide.

New All final URLs screen

The new Manage > Landing pages > All final URLs screen shows how every landing page performs across all campaign types, with GA4 metrics next to your Google Ads metrics. The existing screen has been renamed Search final URLs.

Full details can be found in the landing pages guide.

Performance Max screens for Microsoft Advertising

The three PMax screens under Manage > PMax were previously Google Ads only. They're now available for Microsoft Advertising accounts.

The PMax audit alerts now run for Microsoft Advertising too, including disapproved assets, missing audience signals, not enough assets, misspelled assets and the PMax search term alerts.

Sept 20

Report on individual conversion actions with Adalysis's conversion sets

Adalysis now downloads the conversion actions from your Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts, so your reporting is no longer limited to the aggregated Conversions and All conversions columns.

You'll find every downloaded action under Manage > Conversions.

Conversion sets exist in Adalysis only. They don't change your conversion actions, conversion goals or bidding in Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising.

Full details on how to use the conversion sets can be found here.

Sept 14

Multiple enhancements to the Notification settings

You now have better flexibility setting up how and when notifications are sent to you and your team.

The new Settings > Notifications screen allows you to:

  1. Choose when your notifications arrive: You can now pick the hour your daily notifications are sent, and the timezone they follow. Previously each notification went out at a fixed time.

  2. Manage each notification individually: The single Email and Slack switches have been replaced by a grid. Every notification can now be routed to email, Slack, both, or neither, instead of switching a whole channel on or off.

Note: All Slack settings can be managed by the account owner only since only one Slack channel can be configured within Adalysis.

Critical alert notification setting

Critical alert notifications have moved: The daily critical alerts email now sits with the rest of your audit settings, under Audit > Audit settings > Notifications. It's a single switch per account, and it applies to everyone with access to that account.

You can also set this in the global template to apply to newly linked accounts

A simpler budget screen

We've redesigned the budget panel under Budget > Manage and Budget > Budget groups.

  1. Your monthly target, Auto manage and Auto pause now sit side by side, each showing its current state at a glance. Auto pause is now its own section on the panel, and its own column on the Budget groups screen. You can also choose the percentage of your target at which campaigns are paused, rather than always pausing at 100%.

  2. Future targets and rollover have moved: future targets and rollover are now two icons under your monthly target amount - solid when set up, greyed out when not. On the Budget groups screen they replace the two separate columns.

  3. Ask AI why a budget is underpacing: when a budget is underpacing, an Explain button appears next to the pacing figure. Adalysis reviews the campaigns behind the budget and explains why they're behind and how to spend faster.

  4. See your real-time spend: pacing is based on your spend up until yesterday. Click the spend icon under the pacing bar to see that figure alongside your month-to-date spend including today.

Sept 10

More screens are now available for Microsoft Ads

We've opened up a set of screens that were previously Google Ads only. In your Microsoft Advertising accounts you'll now find:

  • Manage > Placements, including Automatic and Exclusions

  • Manage > Landing pages > Automatic — the landing pages Microsoft selects for you

  • Manage > Product groups

  • Audit settings: added multiple new alerts

  • Manage > Campaigns > Settings: Reference target CPA and ROAS, the Last bid strategy change column, and campaign target filters — see August 18

Sept 4

Introducing the Adalysis MCP Server: Connect to Adalysis from your AI Assistant

We're excited to announce a new way to work with Adalysis: our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server is now available.

MCP lets you connect Adalysis directly to the AI chatbots and assistants you already use so you can ask questions about your Google Ads accounts in plain language and get answers pulled straight from your Adalysis data. This means the ability to fold Adalysis data into whatever AI-powered workflows you're already building — from account audits, performance issues, budget optimization to client reporting.

Instructions on how to connect to the MCP server can be found within your Adalysis account:

More details can be found in the MCP server doc.

We'd love your feedback as we continue building this out. Reach out to our support team with questions or ideas.

Manage and build rules using the campaign's target CPA and target ROAS

Under Manage > Campaign > Settings, you can see an overview of all your bid strategies together with their target CPA/ROAS (if defined).

In addition to being able to see the targets, we made two more enhancements:

  • If the campaign's bidding strategy doesn't support defining a target, you can define a local target within Adalysis only (the reference target). The reference target is not pushed to Google Ads.

  • All targets (defined in Google, or reference targets) can now be used in the filters to build rules and custom alerts.

Viewing/defining your targets

In the example below, two campaigns have targets set in Google Ads (in the Bid strategy column). You can define reference targets for the remaining campaigns (in the Reference columns).

Adalysis doesn't push reference targets to Google or use them to make any automatic changes.

Using the targets to build rules/alerts

You can now include your CPA or ROAS targets in filters across Adalysis.

Once you've built this filter, you can save it and enable its alerts.

Custom budget schedules now support pacing-only budgets

When creating a custom schedule for a budget with a fixed time period, you can now choose between budget pacing and allocation.

  • Pacing (new): tracks your spend without making changes

  • Allocation (unchanged): also manages your daily budget adjustments

August 11

View & exclude automatically selected landing pages

We've updated the landing page tools to analyze the URLs Google selects automatically in PMax, AI Max, and DSA campaigns.

Go to Manage > Landing pages and choose:

  • Search Final URLs to analyze the landing pages you defined in your ads/keywords

  • Automatic to analyze the landing pages automatically selected by Google

Use the new Automatic screen to analyze and exclude underperforming URLs to stop Google from using them again in the future.

Easier account switching and consolidated billing

We've updated the account overview navigation to make it easier to move between your Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.

If you use Adalysis with multiple email addresses, there's now a faster way to combine and switch between your Adalysis accounts:

To return to the multi-account views from within a PPC account:

August 5

Analyze and manage AI Max search terms

A new AI Max screen is now available under Manage > Search terms. It shows the data you need to evaluate how AI Max is performing across your campaigns. You can also take key actions directly from the same view.

Search terms overlap

Compare the performance for overlapping AI Max and non-AI Max search terms to understand if AI Max is adding value.

  • View links within the table: See performance data for individual overlaps.

  • Search terms overlap button: Switch between account, campaign, and ad group data. The comparison links show performance data for the overlapping terms vs all search terms.

Each row also has an Ad combination icon showing the headline and landing page for each search term, regardless of whether Google or you chose the page.

Analyze n-grams for AI Max

Adalysis supports AI Max n-grams at the account and campaign level.

Add AI Max search terms as keywords or negatives

Select one or more search terms and add them as negative keywords or as keywords in a new or an existing ad group. This works in the same way as Search and PMax search terms.

Enable or disable AI Max for ad groups in bulk

Under Manage > Ad groups, you can update your AI Max settings for one or more ad groups.

Manage > Campaign > Settings shows your AI Max settings by campaign, including text customization and URL expansion.

July 28

Build more flexible alerts with parent metrics and formulas

Adalysis filters now support additional metrics and formulas, giving you more control over how you create rules and alerts.

Filters can now refer to metrics from a parent entity. For example, you can create a keyword alert based on metric values of the keyword's parent ad group or campaign. You can also apply a multiplier to the selected metric.

When you select a performance metric in a filter, you'll now see an option to build a formula using parent metrics and a multiplier. This allows you to create more relative, comprehensive, and accurate alerts to fit your requirements.

The same filter options are available on all other screens.

Where to set up alerts and rules

As a reminder, you can configure alerts in two places:

  1. Directly from the relevant entity screen, e.g. the Filters button on the Keywords screen for keyword alerts (as shown above)

  2. The Custom audit settings screen

Stay tuned for more filter enhancements, including support for target CPA and ROAS.

Create custom alerts for PMax asset groups and assets

You can now create filters and alerts for PMax asset groups and assets. These options are available through the Filters button on those screens or via Custom audit settings (as shown above).

July 20

AI explanations for Performance Analyzer

The Performance Analyzer now includes an Explain with AI button. It summarizes the flow chart for your comparison criteria, so you don't have to piece together what's changed on your own.

Want a closer look at a specific metric? Click the icon next to any individual metric to get an explanation of what changed and why.

Asset source data in the RSA manager

The RSA manager now shows the source of each asset: advertiser or automatically created. This means you can easily assess how Google's auto-created assets are performing.

You can also filter your RSA assets by source for quicker comparisons. Save the filter with enabled alerts to receive a notification when your conditions are met. Alternatively, you can create a custom alert to monitor the automatically created assets.

RSA asset testing is now supported in Adalysis

We've updated our multi ad group testing framework to support testing your RSA assets against each other.

You can now compare RSA performance data from the Adalysis RSA manager to see any statistically significant performance differences. For more information, please check this guide.
