# Date range used for ad testing

<figure><img src="/files/wrhnfr8R5bNFUbJMzE9L" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When running ad tests, Adalysis can either:

* Choose the **most appropriate date range** automatically, using [Ad Enabled dates](/tools/ad-testing/faqs/ad-enabled-date.md)
* Use a date range **you specify**

The predefined date ranges in Adalysis are:

* 7 days (1 week)
* 14 days (2 weeks)
* 21 days (3 weeks)
* 30 days (\~4 weeks)
* 6 weeks
* 60 days (\~8 weeks)
* 90 days (\~13 weeks)
* 180 days (\~26 weeks)

{% hint style="success" %}
When you first link an account to Adalysis, **we'll work out when each of your active ads was enabled**.
{% endhint %}
