Alert name: Ad groups with too many ads

Adalysis will alert you to any ad groups that have more than 3 active ads. You'll see the alert on your Audit alerts screen.

Pause ads in bulk or view a list. You can also pause pause individual ads from the list view.

You can change the number of ads that triggers this alert in Audit > Audit settings > Prebuilt > Ad groups.

Pause ads in bulk

Based on the list provided, you can reduce the number of ads in multiple ad groups at once:

• Pause a number of the worst-performing ads in each ad group, based on impressions.

• Leave a maximum of three ads in each ad group.

Pause individual ads

Click on on an ad group name from the alert list. You can then select individual ads and pause them from the Status menu.
