Future spend & rollover

Define future spend goals for up to twelve months and rollover funds automatically

With Adalysis, you can define your spend goals for up to 12 months in advance, both at the account level and for budget groups. This helps avoid delays when the start of the month falls on a weekend or holiday.

Adalysis will set the specified spend goal on the first day of the month:

• If your budget is automatically managed by Adalysis, the goal will be used every day to adjust the daily budgets.

• If your budget isn't automatically managed, the goal will be applied only on the first day of the month with no further changes.

You can set and review your future spend goals under Budgets > Manage:

Rollover scenarios

The rollover settings define what happens when you overspend or underspend in a particular month.

1. Choose whether to adjust your new month's budget based on last month's spend.

2. Decide whether to limit the amount of rollover per month.

3. Set up email alerts at the start of each month.
