Resolving custom alerts

Tackle the alerts triggered by the rules you added

Custom alerts are triggered when the rule conditions you added are met. You can find these alerts on the Audit & budget view.

Click the Custom alerts column header to sort your accounts by the number of alerts. Or hover over a number for a summary. Then, click any number to go straight to that individual account.

Clicking on the alert count in the above screen will take you to the Audit screen for that individual account. Clicking on the custom alert itself will show you the details required.
