A budget group is a set of campaigns or shared budgets. You can create a budget group in Adalysis to manage and track their collective spend, pacing and performance. Examples include brand, remarketing, or awareness campaigns.
You can create a budget group either by selecting the campaigns and/or shared budgets you'd like to group:
Or, in case you'd like one budget group for each campaign, you can use the other available option. This makes it easy to create large numbers of budget groups in bulk in one step.
Once a campaign or shared budget is part of a budget group, it can't be added to another group. This avoids overlap and budget conflicts.
Once created, you can see the budget group pacing and collective performance data.
You can now set a total daily or monthly budget for those campaigns and have Adalysis split the total budget across the individual campaigns based on the performance goal you specify.
Setting the monthly spend goal alone is not enough to ensure it won't be exceeded. To ensure the monthly budget won't be exceeded you will need to enable the as well. This tool will review your spend every day and adjust the daily budget to ensure you never exceed the monthly spend goal (while coming as close as possible to it)
