Budget "daily stop" feature
In some accounts, customers need to pause a campaign once it spends a specific daily amount. This isn't easy to manage directly in Google Ads since Google can overspend the daily budget by up to 100%.
We've now added a new feature that will monitor the campaign spend twice an hour and pause it once it exceeds its daily budget. The campaign is then re-enabled the next day, shortly after midnight in the time zone of the account. In case of shared budgets, all active campaigns will be paused.
You can activate this new feature on the Budgets > Manage screen:

Target budget alert improvements
We made two improvements to the way target budget alerts are triggered and reported.
Default values for pacing alerts
You can enable alerts to be triggered if the pacing exceeds a certain threshold within a specified number of days (or if a threshold hasn't been met). The default values were 5% deviation anytime from day 1 of the month.
To avoid triggering too many alerts, we've now changed the default to 10% deviation anytime from day 3 onwards. You can change these values back to the old ones if you prefer.

Alerts display
There are five different target budget alerts that can be triggered and shown on the Home screen. We used to show a generic alert symbol if any of the five alerts were triggered. You had to click on the old alert symbol for details.
We now show a separate alert icon for each different alert to allow you to decide quickly if that alert is a priority.

The Target budget alerts column is also sortable to allow you to quickly find all accounts with such alerts.

PMax negative keywords
Negative keywords can be applied to PMax campaigns at the campaign level, account level, or using a negative keyword list. You can now manage all of these options for PMax via Adalysis.
Here's a reminder of where and how to do this:
You can add a negative keyword at the account or campaign level from Manage > Search terms > PMax.

To add campaigns to a negative list or manage keywords (adding/editing/deleting), go to Manage > Keywords > Negatives > Lists.

PMax search terms
It's now possible to see the search terms for various date ranges on the Manage > Search terms > PMax screen.

The overlap analysis (overlap between PMax and Search/Shopping campaigns) now covers the last 30 days. This means the three Exists as... columns will show data only when the Last 30 days date range is selected.

We've also added the Blocked search terms analysis, showing which PMax search terms are blocked by negative keywords at the campaign, account, or list level.

As a reminder, the vast majority of PMax functionality is currently supported in Adalysis (except for managing images). With Adalysis, you can:
View, create, edit, and remove assets.
Get alerts for asset groups with no audience signal, poor ad strength, or not enough assets.
Get alerts for assets with poor performance, disapprovals, or misspellings, as well as assets that have been automatically generated.
View search terms and their overlap with Search and Shopping campaigns.
Get alerts for PMax search terms that can be added as Search keywords or negative keywords.
View and manage negative keywords at all levels.
View and manage the PMax placements.

Change History can now show team members' email addresses
Historically, team members' permissions in Adalysis were separate and independent from those in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This flexibility meant access permissions could be managed easily without affecting the visibility of your client accounts within the rigid structures in Google Ads.
However, it also meant that, since Google Ads was not aware of the team members' access, the Change History was always recorded under the Adalysis account owner's email address.
We've now added the ability to choose to see the team members' email addresses in the Change History. In such cases, the team member will also need to have the relevant access permission in Google Ads.

An alternative, goal-oriented view of your alerts
Adalysis regularly audits 100+ different areas in your account. Historically, the alerts were grouped by the entity type they refer to (e.g. campaign, keyword).
You can now also view the alerts by the goal behind managing them (e.g. fix errors, reduce wasted spend).
There are four new categories:
Critical: issues stopping your traffic from reaching your landing pages, e.g. broken URLs, disapprovals.
Errors: issues with how your account is structured, e.g. keyword conflicts, duplicate keywords.
Structure issues: areas of your account set up that can be improved to fine-tune its targeting and make it easier to maintain, e.g. ad groups with too many keywords, new keyword ideas.
Performance issues: these can include assets with poor performance ratings, and keywords or landing pages that are underperforming. (Note: these performance issues are not the same as performance alerts.)
You can see the full list of complete audit checks on the prebuilt alert settings screen.
The Home screen
This screen now shows four columns with the above categories. Hovering over an alert count will display a summary of the alerts in that category.

The alert finder
We've also revamped the alert finder to show you only the alerts that currently exist in any of your accounts in one consolidated view. Alerts that haven't been triggered are greyed out.

It also allows you to switch between two views and dismiss or snooze any of the active alerts for all your accounts at once.

Clicking on any of the active alerts (in the alert finder popup) will show you a list of accounts that have that specific alert.
The Audit > Alerts screen
Clicking on any alert count in the Home screen will switch to the Goal view of the audit alerts finder.
You also have the option to switch between the two views (Goal vs Type). Both views display the same alerts but grouped in different ways.

Expand each category to explore and resolve the alerts in that category.
Use the Expand all/Collapse all option to see or hide all alerts with one click.
Recommended account management workflow for scalable optimization
The alert finder can be an integral part of your routine management workflow. For example, if you want to focus on fixing any structural errors across all your accounts, you can use the alert finder to find all affected accounts. Resolve the errors in each accounts before moving onto the next optimization goal.

Define your preferred minimum/maximum daily budget thresholds
We've now added the option to define a minimum and/or maximum daily budget threshold to our popular budget allocation tool. This tool allows you to convert a monthly budget (at account or budget group level) into the most efficient daily budget for each campaign, based on your chosen performance goal.
When you allocate a monthly budget, you can now change these thresholds:

You can also review and update these thresholds from the budget grid at any time.

If the automatic budget management feature is active, it will use these thresholds every time it adjusts the budgets.
