Q2 2025

Product updates in April - June 2025

June 27

Performance monitoring has just become easier

You can now see, for all linked accounts, a performance comparison between the selected date range compared to the previous period. The Compare switch is available on all views. Your choice in any one of the view screens will be saved automatically and reloaded the next time you visit that screen.

We also added a new date range to the performance monitors to allow you to monitor the last 3 days of performance.

June 18

New client report templates

We've revamped our Looker Studio templates and added new client reports for digital agencies.

The templates are now split into two categories:

  • Client reports: Designed for agencies sending regular updates to clients. These reports provide a concise summary of account performance.

  • Team reports: Designed for internal use, these reports offer a more detailed view for a technical audience.

You'll find both sets of templates in the Reporting section:

The templates are fully customizable. If you haven't used Looker Studio before, here is how to set up your account in a few minutes.

June 12

Add campaign negative keywords to PMax campaigns

Google has recently made it possible to add PMax campaign negative keywords. This is now also supported in Adalysis!

When you select the option to add a PMax search term as a negative keyword, you can now choose to add it at the campaign or account level.

June 9

New navigational views for a more efficient workflow

As we keep adding more tools to Adalysis, the screens can get a little busy. That's why we refresh the UI from time to time — to improve your experience.

We've now added a new navigational menu to the accounts overview (the screen that shows a summary of all your accounts' data).

Custom view

This is the old overview you've already been using. We now also show the same data in three new views (see below), split by the core feature in question. The purpose of the custom view is to show a consolidated summary of what you, or your team leader, would like to see. For a detailed analysis of audits, budgets, or performance, we recommend using one of the new views.

Audit view

This new screen focuses on showing the audit data only, without the distraction of unrelated columns.

Performance view

This new screen focuses on showing the current performance monitors and alerts. You can see the alerts per individual account or click View all performance alerts for an overview.

The number of current alerts will also be shown on the menu item.

Budget view

This new screen focuses on the budget-related columns. Click Columns to see further options.

The number of target budget alerts will also appear on the menu item.

New reporting templates

We've also added more Looker Studio templates for client reports. More details will follow soon.

New reference articles

The new Setup & workflows menu has a range of guides on workflows, PPC routines, and more.

A new location for the header menus

We've also moved the header menu, which used to be in the top-right, to the new navigation. This is now where you'll find all the settings, including team, notifications, and billing.

A new location for the login history

This can now be found under Settings > Team.

May 23

Faster way to locate specific alerts across all accounts

You can now find all accounts that have a specific alert type. For example, if you're concentrating on keyword mining, use the new Find accounts by alert type button to see accounts with the alert Search term > can be added as keywords or can be added as negative keywords.

Together with the recently added View all performance alerts button, this update makes managing alerts in bulk across your accounts much easier.

May 17

Manage your PMax assets directly within Adalysis

It's now possible to create, edit or delete PMax text assets from within Adalysis. You can see your asset groups and their assets on the Manage > Asset groups screen.

Click any asset count above to see individual assets with their performance rating, approval status, and source (data provided by Google for each asset).

You can also edit or remove existing text assets and add new ones:

May 13

View all performance alerts in one place

We've now made it easier to see all the performance alerts across all your accounts on one screen. This makes it easier to spot what needs attention and take action faster.

You will now see a View all performance alerts button above the grid.

The list of performance alerts shows monitored KPI trends across all your accounts and helps you identify the root cause of the changes.

As a reminder, you can easily create, edit, or remove your performance monitors in bulk across all your accounts with only a few clicks.

May 8

Easier access to potential budget boost data

The potential budget boost data shows you the impact of incremental budget increases on your performance. This is one of our most popular budget features that makes allocating an account-level budget across multiple campaigns much easier.

On the Budgets > Manage screen, this data now has its own column:

Boost data is available for individual campaign budgets and shared budgets.

When there's a significant boost potential, you'll also get an alert on both the Accounts overview and Budgets > Manage screen:

May 7

Quicker reporting on budget rollover and future spend

We've improved the design of the budget screens to make it quicker to see if you have any future budgets set and/or rollover enabled.

These two features now have their own separate columns on all screens. You can click Columns to customize your layout.

Choose your preferred acceptable pacing threshold

If you already use the budget pacing tool, you'll be familiar with the color coding that shows if you're under/overpacing or within an acceptable threshold.

In the past, that threshold was set to 10% (and then 5%). This means if you're pacing within 5%, the color used will be green.

We've now made it possible to change this threshold to a value that better suits your specific requirements. The threshold can also be set to different values for different accounts.

April 28

Configure pacing alerts and actions for budget groups

Many of you have told us that the Adalysis budget tools are some of the most advanced yet easy-to-use tools available today. (Thank you!) We've been working on making these tools even more useful.

Pacing alerts and tools are available on the Budgets > Track screen. To monitor the pacing of groups of campaigns, the first step is to define those groups.

If you already use budget groups (in Budgets > Manage) and would like to define pacing alerts, we've now made it easy to copy the budget group settings across to Budgets > Track. This means you can set up pacing alerts in bulk.

Simply look for this menu option on the Budgets > Track screen:

You can also now bulk edit the pacing alert settings on the Budgets > Target screen.

April 24

Budget feature improvements

We've finetuned the budget allocation and automation tools for better pacing, reporting and navigation. You can find them on the Budgets > Manage screen.

April 22

Budget group enhancements

Budget groups help you to monitor and manage the budgets of multiple campaigns and/or shared budgets as one. They're similar to Google's concept of 'shared' but with greater control over budget reporting, pacing and allocation. You can get started under Budgets > Manage > Budget groups.

Budget groups are typically used to report on the pacing of a group of budgets as well as manage the pacing automatically. Many Adalysis customers create one budget group for each campaign and automate the daily budget changes for more pacing control.

We've now introduced new features to make budget groups even easier to use:

  • You can now create budget groups in bulk by simply selecting those campaigns.

  • If you're creating a budget group for several campaigns, we've added options to find and select them more easily.

  • You can now export budget group data to a csv file for external data analysis and processing.

April 17

Improved budget allocation for new campaigns

Adalysis offers budget allocation and automation tools with highly accurate projections. This means you can make more informed, confident decisions about your budget planning.

The tools rely on historical data to generate future spend estimates and need at least seven days of data to do so accurately. This can pose a challenge for new campaigns with less than a week of performance history.

We've addressed this scenario with a new option for overriding budget allocation for campaigns that are less than seven days old. This way, the budget will be split evenly until there is enough history for the algorithm to apply more time-sensitive adjustments.

April 12

Switch between accounts easily

For customers with multiple Adalysis accounts, we've made it easier to switch between your accounts with new navigation at the top of the screen.

This applies to customers with Google Ads accounts that aren't linked under a common MCC account and who create a new Adalysis account for each email address used in Google Ads.

There is no additional charge for having multiple Adalysis accounts.

April 6

New alert for canceled or suspended accounts

We've added a new alert to notify you when Google suspends or cancels your Google Ads account for any reason. This new alert will appear under Critical alerts if triggered.

April 4

PMax placements

You can now view and exclude PMax placements in Manage > Placements > PMax. This includes site domains and impression counts for your PMax campaigns.

Currently, only impression data is available due to Google Ads limitations. While this means you can't assess placements based on conversions, you can still evaluate them for brand safety and contextual relevance. Check whether your ads appear on suitable domains or ones that may pose reputational risks.

Some placements will appear as Google Owned & Operated. Google Ads doesn't provide further information on these placements at the moment.
