Managing budget groups in bulk
Use CSV files to upload your budget data
You can create and manage budget groups in bulk, including importing data from CSV files. Here's an overview of the various bulk update options available.
Bulk create
A budget group can include one or more budgets to allow you to manage them as one unit. To create one budget group per campaign (or shared budget), use this option under Budgets > Manage screen:

Creating a budget group for a single campaign allows you to automate the daily budget management to achieve a monthly spend goal specific to that campaign.
Bulk manage spend goals (using a CSV file)
A budget group spend goal can be defined for this month as well as future months. You can make changes to individual budget groups within the Adalysis interface or bulk upload the spend goals from a CSV file.
Start by downloading a template that defines the file structure and is prepopulated with the existing data.

You can then populate and upload the template to apply your changes. The CSV file headers are:
Account ID: Leave as is
Budget group ID: Leave as is
Budget group name: Leave as is
Performance goal: This will either show the existing setting, or be blank if no goal has been set yet. (This is the case when you haven't defined a spend goal previously.) If left blank, the new performance goal will default to Maximize conversions. Please see below for the possible performance goal options.
Spend goal this month: This will either show the current spend goal (for this month) or be blank if not defined previously. You can update it or leave it as is to keep the existing setting.
Spend goal next month: Same as above, for next month's spend goal. Once applied, you can see this value in the Future spend column within the Adalysis interface.
Spend goal month after next month: Same as above for the month after next.
Once you've populated and uploaded the CSV file, a summary of the changes will appear for confirmation before the detected changes are applied.
Automated budget management
The management feature for budget groups adjusts the daily budget automatically every morning to better align the spend with your goal. It will review the spend up until the day before and then adjust the daily budget of all the campaigns in a budget group. This ensures the spend comes as close as possible to the goal (but never exceeds it).

Rollover settings
The rollover settings allow you to choose how an underspend or overspend is carried over to the next month. You can update the settings in bulk:
