KPI monitoring

Track the KPIs that matter to you with performance monitors

PPC managers need to track big-picture trends and spot small errors. Adalysis's performance monitors and alerts make this easy — no spreadsheets or scripts required.

Performance monitors track key metrics so you don't have to. Performance alerts let you know if a performance trend needs your attention.

Managing your performance monitors

You can create, edit, and delete monitors (and see any alerts they trigger) in two places:

The Performance view shows all accounts:

For individual accounts, go to Audit > Monitors:

Some performance monitors will be active by default when you link an account to Adalysis. We recommend reviewing the default settings to ensure they're relevant to your account goals.

Creating a performance monitor

Handling the performance alerts

Performance alerts are triggered when a monitor threshold is detected. You'll see the notifications within Adalysis and via email/Slack (if configured).

You can see the alerts in the Performance view. Check the Performance alerts column for details per account, or click View all performance alerts for an overview. The number of alerts also appears in the menu for quick reference.

Analyzing the root causes of performance changes

For performance alerts comparing two date ranges, Adalysis helps you understand the 'why' behind the changes. You can see the root cause analysis from the performance alert itself (on your Performance view or under Audit > Monitors).

Clicking the Root cause link below will open the Performance Analyzer for a visualization of your performance data and how the metrics influence each other.

Managing monitors across all accounts

It's easy to create or make changes to the monitors in bulk. Please check this guide for more details.
